The descriptors used were: nursing, physical activity, pregnancy, benefits. The selection of articles was carried out with based on previously established inclusion and exclusion criteria, in order to ensure the relevance and consistency of the material analyzed. Studies published in the defined period that specifically addressed the role of nurses in maternal and child health care within the FHS were included. Papers that presented qualitative analyses or that offered theoretical reviews on the subject were also selected. Encourage Family Health Strategy Nurses to encourage the practice of physical activity during pregnancy, thus clarifying all the benefits, both maternal and fetal. The objectives of this research, centered on the Benefit of Physical Activity in the gestational period, including the role of the nurse in the Family Health Strategy (FHS), in the promotion of physical activity during pregnancy, were adequately explored, revealing that the guidance of health professionals is essential to encourage the safe and beneficial practice of physical activities in prenatal care.
